Reporting adverse events helps us monitor the safety and quality of our products. It also allows us to improve our formulas and ensure customer safety.
Is reporting adverse events required?
Yes. Under the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA), the U.S. FDA requires cosmetic companies (the “Responsible Person”) to provide a way for consumers to report adverse events related to cosmetic products.
