Return Policy

Retail Orders:
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Wholesale Orders:
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Shipping:
We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Late Returns:
Returns submitted beyond the applicable window (30 days for Retail / 10 days for Wholesale) will incur a 15% restocking fee.

You can expect to receive your refund within approximately two weeks of handing your package to the return carrier. In many cases, refunds are processed sooner.

This timeframe includes:

• Transit time: 5–10 business days for the return to reach us
• Processing time: 2–4 business days to review and process your return
• Bank processing: 2–4 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund

Promotional Policy

Please note that our return policy does not apply to promotional offers. Returns made solely to repurchase an item at a discounted promotional price will not be accepted.
